Our Story

Lynx’s mission is to solve real, complex problems with the power of big data graph analytics.

It all started in 2010, when a group of professors and students from INSEAD decided to form a product company to solve complex business problems with big data graphs.

To address the lack of available technologies to analyze data graphs at the scale we needed, we built our own graph analytic technology and solution platform.

Lynx inherits deep telecom domain expertise from our strategic investor: Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT)

Since early 2016, we have worked closely with HKT (Hong Kong’s premiere quad-play telecommunications service provider) to continuously innovate new solutions to help CSPs worldwide enhance customer experiences & predictive analytics.

We also benefit from the global channel distribution prowess of PCCW, its parent group, in over 100 markets.

We honed our skills and technology with early adopters in the Telecommunications and Financial Services industries, where clients needed a radical solution to solve the constant challenge of understanding, retaining, and upselling to their customers. Our superior product, ideas, and brainpower helped us achieve profitable, organic growth ever since the start of the company.
