This role, reporting to the Product Manager, will work closely with the Product and Development teams to conceive and design the user experience for the Customer Happiness Index (CHI).
Within this role, you must be capable of liaising effectively with a range of stakeholders whilst remaining focused on the end user, to visualise how the design will impact their overall experience. Responsible for delivering designs from concept to completion, you will be actively involved in defining the strategy for the CHI Product.
This position will suit a creative, self-motivated individual who has experience in setting design guidelines, foreseeing and solving user problems, and in suggesting ways to improve the user experience. A positive and enthusiastic approach is essential, along with the ability to converse successfully with colleagues at all levels.
