This role, reporting to the Product Manager, will work closely with the Product and Development teams to conceive and design the user experience for the Customer Happiness Index (CHI).

Within this role, you must be capable of liaising effectively with a range of stakeholders whilst remaining focused on the end user, to visualise how the design will impact their overall experience. Responsible for delivering designs from concept to completion, you will be actively involved in defining the strategy for the CHI Product.

This position will suit a creative, self-motivated individual who has experience in setting design guidelines, foreseeing and solving user problems, and in suggesting ways to improve the user experience. A positive and enthusiastic approach is essential, along with the ability to converse successfully with colleagues at all levels.



    • Work with the product and development teams to develop, define and document the best possible user experience for the CHI
    • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create well-designed marketing collaterals
    • Develop wireframes and task flows based on user needs
    • Ensure your conceptualised designs support the overall product strategy
    • Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
    • Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
    • Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
    • Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
    • Set design guidelines and document
    • Deliver designs within the required timeframe and in accordance with defined requirements
    • Assist the product team continuously iterate on the CHI product
    • Conduct user research and testing



    • Strong design skills and expert knowledge of UI design trends and best practices
    • 2+ years experience working in a software company
    • Experience working with cross-departmental teams (familiarity with Agile methodology is preferred, but not essential)
    • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
    • Ability to work quickly, without sacrificing quality, and a strong sense of deadlines
    • Strong layout skills with deep understanding of design fundamentals
    • First-hand experience working with interactive design and data visualisation
    • Expert in Adobe XD, Photoshop and Illustrator; understanding of prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision
    • Knowledge of essential web UI technologies: HTML and CSS
    • Nice to have: knowledge of Javascript
    • Firm grasp of rapid prototyping methods and tools
    • Portfolio highlighting latest works that have clear problems solved by your design.
