Kicking off on 2 November 2018 (Fri), Data Unchained Malaysia 2018 is set to be Malaysia’s largest datathon and the first of its kind through an inaugural joint effort between AXIATA Group Bhd and Asia School of Business (ASB).
With the primary aim of helping to build capacity and talent in the field of data sciences and analytics, Data Unchained Malaysia 2018 revolves around the rise of 5G and IoT – and how these technologies power smart cars.
The datathon is a weekend-long competition and intended to act as a platform where top talents can showcase how their data-driven insights and business solutions can have impact on people’s everyday lives.
Both students and working individuals from all backgrounds (e.g. data scientists, graphic and interface designers, data community activists, subject matter experts) are welcomed to participate in this competition.
At Lynx Analytics, we’re constantly evolving our Customer Happiness Index solution to empower our clients with customer insights through our graph technology – and we are honored to be able to extend our support to Data Unchained Malaysia 2018. Marton Antal Szel, a Senior Data Scientist from Lynx Analytics, will be a supervisor at the event. And our Chief Innovation Officer, Gabor Benedek PhD. will be on the panel of judges.
