Gyorgy Lajtai

CEO & Co-founder

Gyorgy co-founded Lynx Analytics in 2010 with a team from INSEAD and a vision to solve real-world problems by applying big data graphs. As a launch customer for Oracle’s cloud-based marketing solution, he helped INSEAD develop a new analytics-driven marketing and sales methodology to maintain the global number 1 position in executive education.

Prior to INSEAD, Gyorgy co-owned GreenerOne, a Silicon Valley based online crowdsourced eco-rating company. Earlier in his career, he worked on CRM and product management for GE Capital, including Eastern Europe’s first mobile payment linked credit card with T-Mobile. Gyorgy holds an MBA from INSEAD, and a Bachelor of Arts (Hon) in Business Studies from Oxford Brookes.

Gabor Benedek

Chief Innovation Officer & Co-founder

Gabor is responsible for defining the methodological roadmap of Lynx’s predictive analytics consulting and product development departments. He leads the internal data science team and supports the business development.

Gabor has been the co-founder of several other AI start-ups in Healthcare, Finance, Crypto, Telecom and Space Industries, contributing with creative application of state-of-the-art data science models.

He received his PhD in 2003, worked as an Associate Professor at Budapest Corvinus University, author of one book and many scientific papers.

Amit Akhelikar

Chief Operating Officer

Amit is an experienced Telecom professional with over 15 years in the industry focused on customer experience, digital and commercial products.

Prior to Lynx Analytics, he was the Global Head of Digital Customer Experience at Vodafone driving customer experience across 21 countries. He was also the Head of Customer Experience for Broadband at BT, focused on customer retention through improved customer experience.

Amit holds a Masters in Computer Science and a MBA from INSEAD.

Chema Lizano

Chief Technology Officer

Chema leads the technology strategy and roadmap at Lynx Analytics. He oversees the vision, development, and implementation of our solutions across different clients and environments.

Prior to Lynx Analytics, Chema was responsible for delivering projects in a wide set of environments, ranging from on premise to cloud deployments. Across all these projects he led & coordinated teams that involved diverse profiles to build robust & scalable solutions.

Dan Florea

Senior Board Advisor

Dan is currently a Partner in SME-focused PE fund Equiliant Capital. In his role he brings to bear M&A experience, gathered over 10 years in investment banking and private equity in Bucharest and London, and operational expertise, acquired over 8 years while leading finance functions in technology-focused entrepreneurial companies in London and Singapore.

As Lynx Analytics CFO between 2016 and 2021, Dan managed the company’s capital raising initiatives and set up its financial management functions and team from the ground up. He remains involved with the company as a shareholder and in an advisory capacity. 

Adrienne Lee

Managing Partner Hong Kong

Adrienne leads the client development and delivery of analytics and AI projects for clients based in HK and wider Asia. With a background in strategic consulting and digital transformation, she’s passionate about helping organizations adopt AI to scale up their businesses and exploring opportunities for data monetization.

Prior to Lynx, she was an engagement manager at McKinsey and Company with a focus on designing digital related strategies for organizations in SEA. She also had in-house experiences working in Retail and Banking. She holds an MBA from INSEAD.

Li Lee

Finance Director

Li oversees the whole finance spectrum at Lynx Analytics. The dynamic environment, exposure to investors, and continuous innovation requirements are aspects of the job she particularly enjoys. Li likes to find solutions to new business needs and to implement automated internal controls & procedures to support the company’s growth.

Li is a financial professional with more than 15 years of experience in financial accounting & reporting and finance-related matters.  Before joining Lynx, she held different Finance positions at accounting & audit firms as well as MNCs in various sectors. 

Edina Choo

Director of People

As the Director of People at Lynx, Edina provides strategic leadership and management across the various HR services provided to our global talent. She is responsible for building a proactive human resources team that drives recruitment, engagement, talent management, people and leadership development and shaping the people culture within Lynx as we expand into USA, Europe and various parts of Asia. Edina is passionate about harnessing and maximising the potential of each individual that joins our team!

Edina’s world view has been shaped by her wealth of experiences garnered from her sojourns across various commercial and non-profit roles that spans financial institutions, an international business group and most recently insure-tech.

Francois de Repentigny

VP of Marketing & Product

Francois is responsible for generating awareness and demand for Lynx Analytics solutions, whether they are delivered as packaged products or consulting engagements. He loves to showcase the details and incredible value Lynx Analytics is delivering to its customers across different industries. 

Francois is a B2B Marketing specialist with a long career in the ICT sector. He has worked for extensive periods of time in North America, Europe and Asia. He likes to put in place the necessary structure to drive short- and long-term growth for start-up companies.

Marton Szel

Director of Data Science

As Director of Data Science, Marton assures the quality of Lynx’s solutions by distributing the accumulated domain and methodology knowledge to the team members. 

During the past 12 years he participated in projects across all industries covered by Lynx Analytics, including the optimization of an iconic fashion brand’s assortment cross Asia, and the development of the single customer/household identification for multiple leading telecommunication companies.

Daniel Darabos

Chief Architect

Daniel leads the engineering teams for both LynxKite and Customer Happiness Index (CHI) products. He is guided by a desire to make cutting-edge algorithms and sophisticated analytics technologies, such as Graph AI, accessible to any analytics users.

Daniel has overseen and taken part in the development of both LynxKite and CHI since their inception. Before joining Lynx, he worked as a site reliability engineer at Google.
