Miklos Sarvary, PhD
Chairman of the Board at Lynx Analytics, Faculty lead for the Media and Technology Program at Columbia Business School

Miklos Sarvary is a Professor at Columbia Business School where he is the faculty director of The Media and Technology Program.

He has joined Columbia in 2013 from INSEAD, where he spent 12 years, most recently, as Deputy Dean of Executive Education. Prior to INSEAD, he was on the faculties of Harvard Business School and the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.

Besides research, Miklos has developped executive courses for and consulted with major corporations such as McKinsey, Dun & Bradstreet, IBM, Intel, Pernod Ricard, among others. Before becoming an academic he worked at IBM.

Miklos holds a PhD in business from INSEAD, a DEA in geostatistics from École Nationale des Mines de Paris and a Masters in geophysics from Eotvos Lorand University in Budapest. He is Hungarian and lives in New York.

Amit Akhelikar
Chief Executive Officer at Lynx Analytics 

Amit Akhelikar is the Chief Executive Officer of Lynx Analytics, where he is leading the firm’s strategic expansion from bespoke analytics into a suite of scalable, capability-led AI solutions. He works closely with pharmaceutical and healthcare leaders to deploy AI-driven frameworks that stimulate revenue growth, optimize omnichannel engagement, and enhance commercial effectiveness.

With deep expertise at the intersection of advanced analytics, Generative AI, and enterprise transformation, Amit helps global enterprises accelerate commercial decision-making with the precision of high-end consulting and the speed of modern AI. While bringing significant depth in life sciences, his experience across retail, telecommunications, and consumer finance shapes Lynx’s distinctive cross-industry approach to AI innovation.

Prior to Lynx, Amit held leadership roles at Vodafone and Barclays, driving large-scale digital and AI-enabled commercial transformations across the UK and Singapore. He is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and holds an MBA from INSEAD.

Gabor Benedek, PhD
Chief Innovation Officer & Co-founder at Lynx Analytics

Gabor is responsible for defining the methodological roadmap of Lynx’s predictive analytics consulting and product development departments. He leads the internal data science team and supports the business development.

Gabor has been the co-founder of several other AI start-ups in Healthcare, Finance, Crypto, Telecom and Space Industries, contributing with creative application of state-of-the-art data science models.

He received his PhD in 2003, worked as an Associate Professor at Budapest Corvinus University, author of one book and many scientific papers.

Gyorgy Lajtai
CEO at LynxKite

Gyorgy is the co-founder of Lynx Analytics, a Member of the Board, and CEO of LynxKite. He co-founded Lynx Analytics in 2010 with a team from INSEAD and a vision to solve real-world problems by applying big data graphs. Before Lynx, Gyorgy worked on CRM challenges, including marketing automation and systems. As a launch customer for Oracle’s cloud-based marketing solution, he helped INSEAD develop a new analytics-driven marketing and sales methodology to maintain the global number 1 position in executive education.

Prior to INSEAD, Gyorgy co-owned GreenerOne, a Silicon Valley based online crowdsourced eco-rating company. Earlier in his career, he worked on CRM and product management for GE Capital, including Eastern Europe’s first mobile payment linked credit card with T-Mobile. Gyorgy holds an MBA from INSEAD, and a Bachelor of Arts (Hon) in Business Studies from Oxford Brookes.

Zsolt Katona, PhD
Faculty Director of Fisher Center for Business Analytics at Haas School of Business, Berkeley


Zsolt Katona is a Member of the Board. He is Cheryl and Christian Valentine Associate Professor at the Haas School of Business. Zsolt’s research focuses on online marketing strategy, network analytics and social media.

He studies how firms can better take advantage of new digital technologies and how they can integrate them into their marketing mix. Zsolt is faculty director of the Fisher Center for Business Analytics at the Haas School, where he works with companies at improving their analytics capabilities and educating their workforce. Zsolt was named a Marketing Science Institute Scholar awardee and was a Barbara and Gerson Bakar Faculty Fellow.

He is Associate Editor at Management Science, Marketing Science and serves on the editorial board of the International Journal of Research in Marketing. Before joining Berkeley-Haas Katona received his PhD in Management (Marketing) from INSEAD. He also holds a PhD in Computer Science and an MSc in Mathematics, Eotvos Lorand University, Hungary.

NG Ka Lung, Steve
Managing Director, Commercial Group at HKT Limited

Mr NG Ka Lung, Steve, Managing Director of Commercial Group, oversees the business-to-business (B2B) operations serving enterprises in Hong Kong, Macau and Chinese Mainland. Leveraging integrated ICT and digital solutions which combine fixed and 5G network connectivities, system integration and emerging technology solutions, Commercial Group empowers digital transformation of enterprises and SMEs and smart-city development in Hong Kong.

Mr Ng has over 25 years of extesive experience in a variety of leadership and operation capacities within the organisation, spanning sales and marketing, product and partnership development, solutions advisory, IT and contact centre. Mr Ng also has a track record in successfully leading the development of advanced technologies for enterprises to achieve record performance, including AI, 5G industry applications, cloud computing, cybersecurity, IoT, etc.

Mr Ng holds an MBA (Financial Services Concentration) from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Peter Pal Zubcsek, PhD
Associate Professor of Marketing at the Coller School of Management, Tel Aviv University

Peter Pal Zubcsek is a Member of the Board. He is an Associate Professor of Marketing at the Coller School of Management, Tel Aviv University. Peter’s research focuses on mobile technologies and the role of social networks in consumer interactions, with applications to customer relationship management, new product diffusion, new product development, pricing, and community sociology. Peter serves on the Editorial Board at Journal of Interactive Marketing.

Before joining the Coller School, Peter was an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the University of Florida. Peter holds a Ph.D. in Management from INSEAD and an M.Sc. in Informatics from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. His work experience includes Global Market Insite, Andersen Business Consulting, Simon Fraser University and the Computer and Automation Institute of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences.

Competing for Hungary, Peter won a silver medal at the 39th International Mathematical Olympiad in Taipei, Taiwan R.O.C., in 1998.
